NOGARO – 14 April, 2017
On April 15-16-17th Aldo Festante will partecipate at the first F4 French Championship round in Nogaro. 16 international drivers will compete at the traditional “Coupes de Pâques” searching for the first scores of the season.

After a good start in the Italian Formula 4 Championship at Misano, where Aldo clinched the first points in the overall championship standing, the Italian is now getting ready for his debut in the French F4 Championship at Nogaro Paul Armagnac Circuit.
Aldo will be the first italian to compete in this programme and he will challenge other 16 international junior drivers trying to make a good result in the first of the seven race events scheduled in the 2017 season.

“The car is by many ways different from the italian one, and it needs an important adaptation. The grip due to the aerodynamics is higher, while the mechanical one due to the tires is lower. For this reason I had to pay attention to the car during the tests to catch different feelings and being able to know it well.
It’s a weekend that will require very hard work. The other drivers level is very high and I’ll have to improve lap after lap, trying to come back home with the best result”.

The first session will take place on Saturday 15th at 10.00 am with the free practice sessions followed by the qualifications at 4.00 pm.
On Sunday 16th Race1 will start at 9.45 am, and Race2 at 2.50 pm.
Race3 will have green light on Monday at 11.40 am, ending up the race weekend.
