AT IMOLA THE PORSCHE CARRERA CUP WILL RESUME
IMOLA – Aldo Festante is ready to face the third stage of the Porsche Carrera Cup on the well-known Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari, where he will take advantage of what he learned in the GT Open Cup to achieve great results in this championship as well.
The third round of the Porsche Carrera Cup will be held at Imola from 29 to 30 August, on the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari circuit. Aldo Festante, back from two successful weekends in the GT Open Cup, is ready to fight again in the championship best known to him, building on the work done in previous races to launch his Porsche Carrera among the rivals and reach the highest positions in the standings. If, on one hand, the young pilot is not new to the adventures of the Romagna circuit, it must be recognized that compared to other tracks, it has been a long time since he pushed his car at its curves and variegated straights. Festante does not let himself be intimidated, and sure of his driving skills will battle the other pilots aiming for the top step of the podium.
“Imola is a tough and technical circuit, I haven’t driven here for three years thus we’ll have to work hard to be straight on the right rhythm, though I’m quite confident.”
