ANOTHER FIRST PLACE FOR FESTANTE AT PAUL RICARD

LE CASTELLET – A great weekend for Aldo Festante at Paul Ricard, where he managed to conquer an extraordinary first place in Race 2. Bad luck, however, in Race 1 where the pilot was forced to retire prematurely.
Aldo Festante amazes again by concluding the second round of the GT Open Cup with another first place in Race 2. The competition was held from 20 to 23 August on the well-known Paul Ricard circuit in France, already the scene of great battles for Aldo in past years. Unfortunately, the weekend did not start at its best: in Race 1 a contact with another driver during a curve shot Festante off the road, forcing him to return to the pits. A great disappointment for the driver, who was unable to show his skills, given that the accident occurred at the start of the race.
The young driver from Capua, however, did not lose heart and in the second session of the race, he pushed his Porsche to the maximum, making it whiz past the other cars to finish the competition in the first place. Huge satisfaction for Festante, who, by climbing again on the top step of the podium confirms his skills at the wheel, making himself one of the absolute protagonists of the GT Open Cup.

“Good weekend, shame about race 1 but we showed great speed, we just gotta keep this on and work harder and harder.”
