ALDO FESTANTE WILL JOIN IN THE GT OPEN CUP CHAMPIONSHIP
The Capua native driver doubles his sporting commitment by joining in the famous GT Open Cup. A big news for Festante who will challenge himself on the most important European circuits in an endurance type of race.
Aldo Festante has decided to participate in the GT Open Cup championship where he will find himself racing on some of the most famous European circuits in a fight to conquer record times in the standings. The first challenge will be held on the legendary Hungaroring, from 6 to 9 August.
Unlike the Porsche Carrera Cup, the GT Open Cup races consist of a trial of 50 minutes, in which the Capua native driver will have the opportunity to improve his technical skills.
Despite the great effort, five more races in a season, Festante is positive about the benefits he will be able to derive from this competition. The experience accumulated on the various circuits will become essential to improve his performance in the Porsche Carrera Cup, facilitating his climb in the standings.
