A TORRID STAGE AT MUGELLO FOR FESTANTE
SCARPERIA E SAN PIERO – Aldo Festante is ready to compete for the third heat of the Porsche Carrera Cup Italia, at the legendary Mugello circuit. During the break following the Misano race, the Capua native pilot carried out a careful fine-tuning work with the Raptor Engineering team to improve his position in the overall standings.
The third hot stage of the Porsche Carrera Cup Italia will be held from 16 to 17 July, on the famous Mugello Circuit, a track known to Festante, for having raced there on several occasions. A round that promises to be literally torrid, with temperatures well above 30 °. Extreme conditions will require a lot of attention and caution especially in handling tires. Festante will share the track with thirty-six pilots on one of the most technical tracks in Italy: the Mugello Circuit, which with its 5,245 meters in length has always been one of the symbols of motorsport in Italy. Breathtaking overtaking will certainly await us along the central straight of 1,141 meters, not to mention the maneuvers in the two very insidious Arrabbiate curves and the Casanova-Savelli downhill succession. An electric round for the pilot from Capua, who intends to ride the positive momentum gained at Misano, where a fifth place has made him move up in the overall standings.
